Dumpster Sizes & Pricing

* Commercial Only: Long-term dumpster rentals are available for commercial customers with a required haul every 21 days. If a haul is not scheduled within the 21-day period, an automatic haul will be charged to ensure smooth project operations.

Overloading Penalty: A $250 penalty applies if the dumpster is filled above the rim.
Excess Weight Charge: Any excess tonnage will incur a charge of $75 per additional ton.
Trip Fee for Inaccessible Dumpster: A $250 charge if the dumpster is not accessible for collection.
Rental Extension Fees: For 7-day rentals, a $12/day fee applies from days 8 to 20. For 14-day rentals, this fee applies from days 15 to 20.
Additional Item Fees:
• Mattress: $60
• Box Springs: $60
• Couch: $60
• Sleeper Sofa: $100
Prohibited Items
If prohibited materials are found or cause fines at the disposal site, customers are responsible for fines plus a $100 handling fee. This includes hazardous, toxic, or radioactive materials including, but not limited to:
• Wet glue, wet paint, wet plaster, hot tar
• Batteries, gas/oil, tires
Fluorescent bulbs, refrigerators, freezers/AC units
• Computer monitors, televisions, pesticides
• Any other substance requiring special removal as defined by law
• Inert materials like dirt, rock, brick, concrete, and cinder block must be limited to 50% of a 20-yard container or smaller.
